Benefits

  • Tear Resistance: The D weight paper backing provides a sturdy base that does not tear during use.
  • Hand Adherence: Non-slip treatment ensures firmness and safety when used with water or kerosene.
  • Water Resistance: High-quality waterproofing ensures performance in wet sanding without warping.
  • High Cut Power: The silicon carbide abrasive guarantees fast processing from heavy grinding to final finishing.

Instructions for Use

  • Sanding Direction: To achieve the best possible finish, move the sandpaper in only one direction. Do not make circular movements.
  • Pre-Soaking: We recommend soaking the sandpaper in water for two hours before use to improve flexibility and finish.
  • Residue Removal: Use a squeegee frequently during sanding to remove sludge; this will keep the piece clean and reduce abrasive loading.
  • Grit Sequence: For an ideal finish without deep scratches, skip no more than one grit size in the sequence (e.g., jump from P320 to P400, skipping P360).

Health and Safety Information

  • Protection: Wear protective gloves for prolonged operations with water or kerosene.
  • Environment: Keep the workspace clean and manage the sludge resulting from wet sanding.

Storage and Disposal

  • Storage: The product must be stored in its original packaging between 15°C and 27°C.
  • Humidity: Maintain relative humidity between 35% and 50%; avoid proximity to windows and damp locations.
  • Shelf Life: 5 years provided storage conditions are respected.
